Currently, Mr. Kraemer is the Head of North America for Aztec Group, a leading global fund administrator with over €600 billion in assets under administration.

Previously, Mr. Kraemer held the role as Managing Director, Alternative Investments, North America from Aug 2018 until Mar 2024. Based in New York, he was responsible for the development and execution of the AI strategy for North America, including managing the P&L along with growing the business from one solely focused on hedge funds into a full service fund administration firm that includes much broader, global services for Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Private Credit/Debt Funds. Full accountability for North America also included: daily operations, key account management, M&A Due Diligence, intermediary and vendor partnerships, Risk & Compliance and resource allocation across Vistra’s offices in the region In addition, Scott reported into the firm’s Chief Technology offices with strategic and maintenance responsibility for Vistra’s global Technology for all Alternative Investments products.

With over 30 years of professional experience in financial services, Scott has held senior roles in accounting, investment, and investor services operations, technology and risk at various global organisations, including JPMorganChase, BNY Mellon and State Street. In his prior role at State Street, he was a Senior Vice President in the Private Equity & Real Asset Fund Services Group overseeing the New York and New Jersey offices.

Scott holds a MBA from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business degree and Management Information minor from the University of Delaware.
